Vipul is a dynamic leader and has deep technical expertise across offshore development, e-business consulting, ERP implementation, client server and mainframe technologies. His focus on business excellence has seen IGT get successfully certified across multiple industry benchmarks like CMMi Level 5 and COPC Ver 4.3.

Vipul started his career in 1989 as a programmer, in 1995 he joined BDM Technologies, a IT solution and consulting service provider. In 1997 he joined Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager. In 2000, he joined US Interactive, an Internet professional services firm as Director Consulting. He worked as Vice President of Kanbay Software, Pune, India for nearly 2 years before joining IGT as CEO. Vipul holds an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clemson University, South Carolina, USA and an MBA from George Mason University, Virginia, USA

As the Head of IGT’s worldwide operations spread across 5 continents, Akhil is focused on increasing competitiveness & depth of services while improving customer experience and employee engagement. Akhil brings with him over 20 years of management experience in Operations, Consulting, Product Development, Large System Integrations, Testing, Support, and Consultative Selling to Banking, Insurance, and Telecom companies in the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

Prior to joining IGT, Akhil was the Vice President and Global Head of BFSI DU at Virtusa, where he was spearheading the company's global deliveries and operations. He has also served as Vice President at Kanbay/Capgemini, where he played a significant role in the offshore delivery of multiple business units for large accounts resulting in exponential growth of the company's global work force, revenue and market capitalization. In his two decades of management experience across the globe, he has held many senior management roles at various other firms like US Interactive, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Trust and Information Gateways Corporation.

Akhil is an alumnus of the Western Michigan University and he has been featured in the Who’s Who amongst the students in American colleges & universities while pursuing his M.S. He is also a Gold Medalist BE from Birla Institute of Technology, India.

Rajeev Gupta,
Chief Financial Officer

Rajeev brings with him a rich and varied experience of over 18 years in the field of finance and accounting across industries like Information Technology, Energy and Accounting Services. In addition to the responsibilities of Finance function at IGT, Rajeev is also responsible for partnering in Business Transformation that will enable IGT to enter the next level of growth.

In his extensive career, he has taken up leadership roles in international financial operations, structuring large IT outsourcing deals, contract negotiations, financial planning & analysis. Prior to joining IGT, Rajeev was with Capgemini, as the Deputy CFO for India and Asia operations. He has also been associated with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Enron.

Rajeev is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has attended various seminars & programs including the Balanced Scorecard conducted by Princeton Academy and Role of CFO in emerging India held by CFO Institute. Rajeev is the member of the Young Finance Leaders Network instituted by CFO India Forum.

Responsible for formulating and executing IGT's growth strategies, Ajit has been at the helm of driving key organizational metrics & leading IGT's strategic financial management function for the past 6 years. He has over 18 years of experience in Finance, Planning and Strategy, out of which more than a decade has been in the outsourcing industry. An MBA in Finance and Systems, Ajit plays an important role in business planning, Strategy, Deal shaping - pricing and market entry strategy related decisions in IGT. His vision is to see IGT as a global leader in Travel Technology and Outsourcing Industry across all focused geographies.

Under his esteemed leadership, IGT has continued to grow by leaps & bounds and has been instrumental in establishing the company’s geographic footprint across emerging outsourcing locations in Philippines, Centers in various regions in India and Eygpt. This fast paced growth by IGT has been recognized by industry bodies like Deloitte, Black Book of Outsourcing, International Association of Outsourcing Professionals and Global Services. Prior to joining IGT, Ajit has served leading multi-national companies like Ricoh, eFunds and Accenture.

Rahul leads the human resources function at IGT and he plays a strategic role in transforming InterGlobe Technologies (IGT) into one of the nation’s fastest growing IT/BPO companies. Rahul is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing world class HR practices in recruitment, operations, employee relations and organization development.

Under his support and guidance, IGT received a number of coveted awards and recognitions including being ranked in the 'Top 25 Best Workplaces in India” for three consecutive years i.e. 2008, 2009 and 2010.  Rahul has also been instrumental in leading IGT to being ranked in the list of “Exciting Emerging Companies to Work For” by NASSCOM. It was also under his leadership that IGT became a PCMM Level 3 certified organization - a pioneer to achieve this certification in both BPO and IT services together.

With over 20 years of experience in organizations like Bechtel & Enron, Bharti Airtel & Mphasis, Rahul's strength lies in his hands-on experience in all the facets of People Management. In an industry where people's strategies directly affect bottom lines, Rahul makes IGT stand tall with his strong belief in creation of a “From the Heart” culture.
