Air Fares Loading for leading consolidators in Australia
IGT has been serving leading consolidators in Australia for filing of Air fares in Galileo. Our team, brings to the client its elaborate knowledge & understanding of different routings of airlines operating in Australia and various rules & regulations viz. code-share flights, flight restrictions, surcharges on any of the destinations or transfer points, ticketing fee, payment modes et al.
Private Fare III (PF III) Loading for Large Travel Consolidators
IGT helps these travel consolidators by augmenting their resources by filing negotiated fares data on the GDS. The process involves quoting, storing and ticketing the negotiated fares between the airlines and these travel consolidators. Our team further performs quality checks at three different levels to ensure zero-error and sends out daily reports to the client with information on the fares that are ready for the use. This is in addition to the MIS reports that are sent with regular activity analysis.
ATPCO Loading for a Leading Global Distribution System (GDS) Provider
This engagement involves Fares Quality check and Rules Coding of fares. IGT provides services of performing quality check on fares filed through Airline Tariff Publishing Company (ATPCO), their respective fare basis codes & rules, interpreting the rules and the fares basis codes and updating the same for usage. This process of quality check has led to the detection of huge errors made in the coding of fares, which has saved our clients from being debited by the Airlines with Agency Debit Memos (ADM), thus resulting is great savings.
