Vipul Doshi
Chief Executive Officer

Vipul has been leading the InterGlobe Technologies’ leadership team as the Chief Executive Officer since 2002. He brings with him over 14 years of experience in the areas of technology and consulting, both in India as well as in the USA. Apart from his people and dynamic leadership skills, his technical expertise areas include offshore development, e-business consulting, ERP implementation, client server and mainframe technologies. Prior to joining the company, Vipul has been associated with organizations like Ernst & Young, US Interactive, BDM International, Ogden Systems in the US & Kanbay Software in India.  

Vipul’s vision is to see InterGlobe Technologies recognized as an organization that lives up to its commitments – be it to customers, employees or vendors.

Vipul holds an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clemson University, USA and an MBA from George Mason University, USA.

Stephen Smith
Chief Marketing Officer

Stephen Smith better known as Steve, joined InterGlobe Technologies in 2007.He is responsible for the growth of the organization’s IT and BPO businesses across the globe.

Steve is based out of Denver and works with a global sales and marketing team. Prior to joining InterGlobe Technologies, Steve was with Travelport as the Group Vice President and CIO and has also held numerous leadership roles for globally renowned organizations like IBM, EDS and Sabre.

He holds an executive master's degree in International Business Management from Georgetown University and a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Business Management from Syracuse University. Additionally he has also conducted work on a Masters in Public Administration at the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Ritu Singh
Vice President - Business Process Outsourcing

Having joined InterGlobe Technologies in 2003 , Ritu has been instrumental in building the BPO practice from ground level. She comes to the organization with over 23 years of experience in the Travel Industry and has held diverse portfolios in Airlines, International Call Centers and Global Travel Management Companies. Her expertise includes a deep knowledge of the Travel and Hospitality industry with a strong focus on People, Processes and Quality.

Some of the key organizations, Ritu has been associated with are Delta Airlines / Pan American Airlines, American express, Singapore Airlines, Austrian Airlines and eBookers.

Ashok Kapoor
Vice President - IT Services

An MBA from IIM Calcutta & B.E. in Electrical & Electronics from BITS Pilani, Ashok brings with him 18 years of application development and consulting experience.  He has worked in diverse industries from Manufacturing to Process Control, from Travel to Healthcare and Investment Banking.  He has grown and stabilized businesses while providing solutions to large multi-national customers as well as to medium and large sized businesses.  He has worked largely with customers in the UK, Europe and US, where he was posted for over 7 years to setup new areas of consulting business.

Having joined InterGlobe Technologies in 2006, Ashok brings to the organization a deep process expertise. He firmly believes that in today’s fast changing environment the only way to grow business is through relentless customer focus.

Ajit Vohra
Vice President- Planning & Strategy

Ajit, an MBA in Finance & Systems, has over 14 years of experience in Finance & Planning. He has been associated with the Outsourcing industry for the last 8 years and brings immense experience on various aspects of business planning, strategy & financial management. Ajit’s forte lies in business forecasting, product pricing and driving key organizational metrics. He has worked with leading multi national companies like Ricoh, eFunds and Accenture.

Rahul Sinha
Vice President - HR & Admin

Rahul heads the Human Resources function at InterGlobe Technologies. His focus areas in the company include monitoring HR operations, Global Resourcing & Company Administration. Having previously worked with organizations like Bharti Airtel, Beetle, Mphasis and Reliance Industries, he has gathered close to 17 years of hands-on and minds-on experience in all the facets of Human Resource Management.

Mohit Magon
Head- Quality

Mohit has been with InterGlobe Technologies since 2003 and comes with 14 years of experience in the Outsourcing Industry. He holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics & a Masters Degree in Computer Applications. Having worked in companies like HCL & Applitech, he has gathered tremendous experience in the areas of project management, executing turnkey projects & team management.

Nishi Kant Singh
Head - IT Infrastructure

N K is responsible for building and managing InterGlobe Technologies’ IT infrastructure to support the organization’s round the clock IT & BPO operations. He comes to InterGlobe Technologies with over 12 years of experience, ranging from design to implementation and administration of IT infrastructure. Having been in the company since 2006, he has played a crucial role in the implementation of ISMS 27001 & ITIL Best Practices.
