Vipul Doshi
Chief Executive Officer

Serving in this role since 2002, Vipul brings with him over 20 years of experience in the areas of technology and consulting, both in India as well as in the USA. Apart from his people and dynamic leadership skills, his technical expertise areas include offshore development, e-business consulting, ERP implementation, client server and mainframe technologies. Vipul holds an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clemson University, South Carolina, USA and an MBA from George Mason University, Virginia, USA.

Vipul started his career in 1989 as a programmer, in 1995 he joined BDM Technologies, a IT solution and consulting service provider. In 1997 he joined Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager. By 2000, he had joined an Internet professional services firm, which provided end-to-end (e2e) solutions to Global 2000 organizations, US Interactive as Director Consulting. He worked as Vice President of Kanbay Software, Pune, India for nearly 2 years before joining InterGlobe Technologies as CEO. His specialties include; IT and BPO Outsourcing, Travel Technology, enterprise systems development and integration in travel, construction and financial services sectors.

Vipul’s vision is to see InterGlobe Technologies recognized as an organization that lives up to its commitments – be it to customers, employees or vendors.

Ritu Singh
Vice President - Global Account Management

Having joined InterGlobe Technologies in 2003, Ritu has been instrumental in building the BPO practice from the ground level. She comes to the organization with over 25+ years of experience in the Travel Industry. Her experience comes from managing a diverse portfolio of Airlines, International Call Centers and Global Travel Management Companies. Her expertise includes a deep knowledge of the Travel and Hospitality industry with a strong focus on People, Processes and Quality. Some of the key organizations, Ritu has been associated with are Delta Airlines / Pan American Airlines, American express, Singapore Airlines, Austrian Airlines and eBookers.

Ashok Kapoor
Vice President - IT Services

Ashok holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics from BITS Pilani, India. He brings with him 19 years of application development and consulting experience. Ashok’s experience is derived from working in diverse industries from Manufacturing to Process Control, from Travel to Healthcare and Investment Banking. He has demonstrated his ability to grow and stabilize businesses while providing solutions for medium to large multi-national customers. Most of his career efforts were focused on businesses in the UK, Europe and US. Ashok joined InterGlobe Technologies in 2006, bringing to the organization customer focus, a deep process knowledge and expertise.

Ajit Vohra
Vice President- Planning & Strategy

Ajit holds an MBA in Finance and Systems. He has more than 16 years of experience in Finance and Planning. He has been associated with the Outsourcing industry for the last 9 years and brings immense experience on various aspects of business planning, strategy and financial management. Ajit’s forte lies in business forecasting, pricing strategy, driving key organizational metrics & Strategic financial management. He has worked with leading multi national companies like Ricoh, eFunds and Accenture. Currently, in IGT, Ajit is responsible for the business planning, controlling, and devising the future strategies for growth.

Rahul Sinha
Vice President - HR & Admin

Since 2007, Rahul has been leading the Human Resources function at InterGlobe Technologies. During his tenure, InterGlobe Technologies (IGT) was recognized as one of the top 15 emerging IT/BPO operations in India by NASSCOM. The annual NASSCOM survey looked at HR practices to benchmark the small and mid-sized IT-BPO organizations.

InterGlobe was also was adjudged as one of the 'Top 25 Best Workplaces' in India in 2008 in an intensive study conducted be the Great Place to Work Institute® in association with The Economic Times. InterGlobe is the only organization in the travel sector which has received such distinction and this makes InterGlobe the best place to work in the travel industry.

Adding to this honor was also the recent certification of IGT as a PCMM Level 3 organization, the first to achieve this certification in both BPO and IT services together.

He brings with him, unique experience of having worked in Large Infrastructure Projects at Bechtel & Enron. His rich experience at Bharti Airtel & Mphasis provides the right mix of Building Capabilities in a service organization where being “Market Focused” is the key. Rahul has over eighteen years of hands-on as well as “minds-on” experience in all the facets of People Management & believes in creating a “From the Heart Culture”.

Mohit Magon
Vice President - Business Excellence

Mohit has been with InterGlobe Technologies since 2003 and comes with 14 years of experience in the Outsourcing Industry. He holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and a Masters Degree in Computer Applications. Having worked in companies like HCL & Applitech, he brings with him tremendous experience in the areas of project management, executing turnkey projects and team management.

Mohit has led the Quality effort at IGT and has successfully taken the organization through the CMMi Level 3, CMMi Level 5, PCMM Level 3, ISO 9001 : 2000, ISO 27001 : 2005 and PCI DSS certifications.

Nishi Kant Singh
Head - IT Infrastructure

NK Singh holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from Delhi University, India. He started his career in 1996 with Microland Limited, a Bangalore based computer hardware company. After which he joined HCL Perot Systems in 1999 as System Administrator and then moved to HCL Technologies in 2002. In the year 2006 while serving as Sr. Manager of Technology he left HCL Technologies and joined IGT as Head of IT Infrastructure Technology.

N K is responsible for building and managing InterGlobe Technologies’ IT infrastructure to support the organization’s round the clock IT & BPO operations. He comes to InterGlobe Technologies with over 12 years of experience, ranging from design to implementation and administration of IT infrastructure. Having been in the company since 2006, he has played a crucial role in the implementation of ISMS 27001 & ITIL Best Practices.

Vinay Kanchi
General Manager– BPO Operations

Vinay comes to IGT with over 15 years of experience in the area of customer service, back office processing and outsourcing. . Prior to joining IGT, Vinay has worked extensively in the area of Telecom customer services, Travel outsourcing, & Business development with organizations like Bharti Airtel, WNS, Philips Electronics NV. Since his induction into IGT in November 2007 Vinay has been instrumental in introducing key changes to BPO operations and Employee related policies. Vinay holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering and Masters in Management from the Newport University.
